Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins that help prevent the bacteria E. coli from sticking to the walls of the uterus and bladder.  One glass of cranberry juice can prevent and heal urinary tract infections. Might as well throw in some Fruzen cranberries in your juice while you’re at it!
